excellent staff front desk easy collection no kettles rude receptionist no coffee

The check-in staff were excellent. Beach staff were also great! My phone was left under the comforter by accident. It was immediately taken to the front desk. It was logged appropriately, and I collected it easily.

There were no kettles or fridges in the rooms. I was told by reception that tea and coffee facilities were available 24/7. This was not true. Once it ran out, I had to go without. I slipped in the bathroom and needed to go to the hospital, but the receptionist was rude and ignorant.

We adored the ease of access to amenities.. the resort's compact layout, almost intimate. the variety of dining options surprised us. I particularly enjoyed the grilled seafood at the beachside restaurant. the nightly entertainment became a ritual, we often ended our evenings with live music under the stars.

The wifi connectivity was a bit spotty in certain areas. I found it challenging to stay connected for work emails.

our cottage garden view room included a king size bed and a private balcony. it offered direct access to well maintained garden paths and provided a peaceful retreat with ample space and a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower.

the resort has two distinct pools, one is for active guests and the other for relaxation. there were also five cove beaches providing a variety of environments for sunbathing and swimming including ample sun beds and loungers for all visitors.

Wonderful Entertainment and Relaxing Atmosphere

I was thrilled that live entertainment happened throughout the day and night. The constant music added a very lively and enjoyable vibe! Our room was really close to the beach, just a few steps away. I liked watching the gardeners maintain the grounds, so lush and well-kept, it was a great experience.

The Wi-Fi worked mostly in the central core area. It was slightly inconvenient when I wanted to connect from other parts of the resort.

The staff members were helpful and polite at all times. Restaurant staff were also great. They attended to everyone's needs quickly and efficiently, and they were always smiling and ready to help, it was really nice.

The hotel included a nice pool area near the beach and a bar with seating overlooking the water. Water sports such as canoes and paddle boards were available. The beach area was nice. It was well maintained for the guests and provided great places to relax.
